QUALITY COORDINATOR (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

The purpose of this role is to coordinate quality on site through the implementation of quality processes and procedures, the provision of an advisory and reporting service, as well as the development, maintenance, and implementation/inspection of the Project Quality Management Plan. This will include, amongst others, document management, monitoring, reporting, and implementation of operational quality activities.

ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE PLANNER (BOTSWANA) (Ref. Kar_46)

The Engineering Maintenance Planner is responsible to co-ordinate the activities of planned maintenance for the shaft sinking project to provide a planning and control system for the management of assets.

SHAFT SINKING SAFETY OFFICER (BOTSWANA) (Ref. Kar_33)

The Shaft Sinking Safety Officer is responsible for coordinating safety on site through the implementation of safety and risk control processes and procedures, the provision of safety advisory and reporting services, and the maintenance and implementation of the health and safety information system on site. The purpose is to create a safety-first mindset that ensures a safe working environment and compliance to all company and legal requirements.

SHAFT SINKING DESIGNER/ DRAUGHTSPERSON AND DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (BOTSWANA) (Ref. Kar_47)
